*Sound Journey to Let us Listen Deeply”

Travel on a soothing journey through the sounds of nature in this peaceful, deep-listening experience that features instruments from around the world, led by Michele Schifferle-Marzulli and Eileen Moran.

This peaceful sound experience inspired by nature will be a collaborative way to honor this special time of year.   In the animal and natural kingdom, the blossoming of Spring is a season of birth and growth.   This workshop is a way for families to explore listening deeply together in new ways. We will use the voice and instruments from around the world, both native and new, to help connect us to this season, to ourselves  and to the world around us.   This will be a meditative journey that can spark the imagination of children and adults alike.  Mindfulness and listening within the family unit can create connection, respect, empathy & bonding. Leading children through meditation can help them increase attentive skills, learn to focus on their breath, and help them feel safe and empowered.
