Prana Mandala Vinyasa is a solar yoga practice. Beginning with rhythmic syncopation with breath, movement and awareness, Paula will guide you into a solar circular flow integrating prana mandala “namaskars” or salutations with intelligent, circular sequencing for wholeness, balance and flow. Following this and guided by Therapeutic Sound Practitioner Eileen Moran we will then move into we will cool down with a long, luxurious live sound healing that will allow all the benefits of your realizations to root deeper into your body in a supremely relaxed state.
